This is an update to this morning's post about a problem we encountered with one of our edge routers that caused disconnections for customers connected to the gateway known as pcl-ag04.
We reloaded the device early this morning and since then there have been no further problems. The network will take a day or two to fully rebalance itself, however we don't envisage this causing too many problems for customers.
