This is an update to the problems we've been investigating with latency and performance on our 'Up to 20Mbps' ADSL2+ platform.

The changes we made towards the end of January seem to have fixed the issues we identified with our network.

We're continuing to work with our vendor to ensure that all avenues have been exhausted. In the mean time though, we're going to change Service Status back to 'Green', as any remaining problems are likely to be individual faults or due to factors outside of our control.
