BT have made us aware of a major service outage in the Kent area effecting all 21CN ADSL connections.
If you connect to the internet on a 21CN connection this may cause problems connecting or disconnecting.

BT are currently working on this problem and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

As soon as we have any further information, we will update this status.
