As per our previous message BT have made us aware of a major service outage in the Kent area effecting all 21CN ADSL connections.
If you connect to the internet on a 21CN connection this may cause problems connecting or disconnecting.

At this moment in time we do not have any further updates. We will update this post as soon as we have more information
