We are currently aware of a problem affecting the generation of customers' webstats and raw log files.

This will be affecting customers who have websites hosted on our servers, and may mean that you will be missing webstats or log files from yesterday.

Our networks team have resolved this but it does mean that there may be a delay in these being generated.
